Step 3: click on OCR – Image Reader extension icon & choose the area of the image that contains the desired text that you want to extract.

Step 4: OCR – Image Reader extension automatically extracts your desired text from the image & now you can copy and paste it.

Method 3: Using Google Flags:

Extract text from the images using google flags you have to enable an experimental flag in Chrome and make sure we’re using a Windows PC. It also works on mobile devices.

Step 1: To get started, type in the chrome tab “chrome://flags” and press Enter &  then type “Experimental web platform” in the search bar and again press Enter.

Another method of extracting text from images is using Google Drive. Simply upload the image to your Google Drive account and Open it with Google Docs.

Step 1: Open onlineocr.net in your browser.

Step 2: After the website opens click on the “Select file” option & upload your image or pdf file.

Step 3: After that, select a file format in which you want to convert your image text or pdf text.

Step 4: The last step is to click on the “Convert” button & after a few seconds, your file will be extracted in your selected file format.

Your image or pdf is converted & now you can download it or copy the text.
